The best

Location was great - Dona Julia is well located as an urbanization and the views are great, close to Duquesa and Sabinillas etc so a great base as long as you have a car.

To be improved

Apartment wasn't as well equipped as some in the same development, nor as well cared for. Bit tired and grubby and outside spaces not well kept - not as welcoming as other apartments in the same development. Electric tripped on first night (saturday 11pm) and not fixed until monday 6pm so no electricity for first 2 days (no fridge or aircon in 31degree heat was not enjoyable and ruined the start of the holiday). Turned out to be a trip switch that was separate from the main fuse box that we could have fixed ourselves right away rather than wait for an electrician had the property manager told us about it, so not great communication on that. The cause was a faulty kettle. Also unpleasant odours in bathrooms reported within the first couple of days but no-one was sent out to fix. Couldn't be bothered spending time chasing up the management company so just closed the doors to keep the smell at bay.
