“Exceptional apartment”

The location is perfect, we have family who have a villa 2 minutes away so finding this apartment was perfect for us. The location is also great for local amenities and the beach. The apartment itself was extremely clean and well looked after, we would definitely go back.

To be improved

Collecting the keys although it was easy to the reception, the directions to the apartment could have been made a lot easier, the apartment blocks are all very similar. Also the number on the keys and the fob had no relevance to the apartment so that was confusing.

The best

The apartment is equipped with everything and it looks very good. The balcony with a view is amazing! The aria is very nice. Everything is there to allow you to relax.

To be improved

The swimming pool was filled with water but no one was allowed ro swim in it due to mayors regulations about saving water. I believe that in this case a compensation is in order but there wasn't any. Due to climate there are a lot of ants in the kitchen and if you leave any kind of food on the table, expect them to come and in huge quantities.

Almost everything. Apartment was really good and clean. Location was good. View was good. Pool was good.

To be improved

The whole process of complying with all the requirements and hoops to jump through just to rent an apartment. Having to go to the marina to pick up the keys and again to drop them off. Not getting a reply to a question in a timely manner. Limited contact hours for the office.
