“Not ready for rental…”
The best

The roof terrace is a great space if you wanted to use it. Decent value for money for the size and balconies.

To be improved

- The 3 different keys needed to enter when the locks are old and stiff - opening the gates was such a pain. - Having to pick the keys up a 6 minute drive away isn’t ideal when you don’t have a car. - The worst was the smell from the drainage / AC in the apartment, it smelt like sewage. We contacted the company looking after the property and they were responsive, but we were not around during the day for them to come around, although I’m sure nothing could be done about it anyway. - the general cleanliness wasn’t up to standard - we had to wash all the dishes in the kitchen before using for example. - only had 1 towel each for 4 nights stay. Generally speaking it just didn’t seem ready to be rented out.
