“Nice property but lacking finer details”

To be improved

Lack of storage in the master bedroom. A couple of broken plastic hangers in the wardrobe that was all. Door to terrace did not lock, when I contacted the booking agent it took them 3 days to respond with the advice to speak to the caretaker. Never saw a caretaker! As there wasn’t a safe in the property our belongings were at risk! Construction started at 7.30am through to early afternoon, the dust was horrific. The gym and indoor pool are not in the same block. This is not clear in the property info advertised and there wasn’t any information at the property on where to go, how to access etc. There are rules for by the pool which again no details about in the property. Not enough sun loungers by the pool which caused issues most days with residents moving people’s towels and belongings! The complex is at least a 20minute downhill walk to the port, not the 10mins described. As the complex is at the top of a hill it was at least a 40min walk back up from the port. This should be clearly articulated in the property details being advertised.
