Very clean, the view is spectacular and for us was very close to the city centre 20min walk

The apartment has a great big view of city, mountains and the sea. It was very nice to enjoy breakfast and dinner by the big windows overlooking the city. The location is excellent, being right next to the main bus station and several attractions with many more attractions also a walking distance away. There's plenty of everything from kitchen items to towels to have a comfortable stay for a longer period. During the nights it is very, very quiet, no noises at all. We had great and completely undisturbed sleep here every single night. Very rarely it's like this in a city like Santa Cruz. The WiFi worked great and fast. The AC cooled the whole apartment down to a very comfortable temperature. Finally, Alma is a great host that truly takes care of the guests should they need something.

The beds are very good, we had very good sleep on the bed. The view is awesome and the appartement has everything you need and the towers are central, to reach everything in the city.. We had a very nice stay there.

The view of the 29 floor is something else. A trully exceptional accomodation! The flat is very comfortable and very well equipped including new washing and dish washing machines. There we also enough plates to be able to use the dishwasher 😁 It was also squeaky clean and included new cleaning products (sponge etc). The location is near the ocean and very beautiful Auditorium building. 20 min on foot to the old town. Our host was very attentive and nice. Would wisit again!

This was by far the comfiest place we stayed at during our Tenerife trip. The 29th-floor glass terrace was amazing - the views of the ocean, harbor, city, and mountains were incredible, especially with the changing light. The building had a concierge and the apartment had everything we needed, plus super fast Wi-Fi. We could park our rental car right outside for just €1 a day, and there were shopping centers just a 3-minute walk away.
