2BDR Ocean View & Large PRIVATE Terrace in Puerto de Santiago

There was occasionally a smell resembling sewage, which might have been due to other apartments in the building being unoccupied at the time (possibly because of the low season).

When we entered our child got a layer of dust on his knees straight away, there was missing towel for 1 person and there were left dirty clothes of other guests. The next day the sink started to leak, when plumber finally came, we had to ask once again to clean the mess of damp and wet cardboards. Electricity went down a couple of times, there were ants in the kitchen. During the weekend you can hear a lot of noise from the beach area - clubs playing music, motorcycles. On top of that the hosts tried to frame us into breaking tv or sofa which didn’t happen since we never touched the tv and took photos of property when leaving. To sum it up this apartment is old, needs renovation and the team responsible for it is dishonest. The owner said „it’s Africa, not Paris”, when I mentioned low service quality, well for €150 a night I would expect a safe and clean place to stay

It has the loudest washing machine I have ever seen. Turn on, and go to the beach would be my suggestion :)

The television was inadequate. The only programs available were mainly in Russian. There were not enough power sockets. There was no table/ shelf or socket near the mirror in the main bedroom. The showerhead in small bathroom was not adjustable which made it impossible to use unless held by hand which was not practical. The apartment was advertised as 2 bedroom yet only the double bed was made up.
