hair dryer didnt work We had a complete power cut from 9am Monday Feb 17th until 5.45 pm on Tues Feb 18th,(30 hours) This caused considerable distress and expense as we had to throw out food. The agents were polite and courteous but lack of true information about when the power would return from the owner was very stressful and impacted on our enjoymrnt- having to go to bed early, buy candles . Going to bed in the dark was potentially dangerous to avoid knocking ourselves or furniture
