It was a very nice property and well presented.

To be improved

Although heated pool was in the title the pool was too cold to swim in without feeling chilled. It was a pool with a heated capability but the property management kept the water temperature to a minimum level. Very disappointed.

“Perfect vacation”

The best

Love this area of Puerto del Carmen. Calle Grecia is so close to the Ave. de las Playas and all the bars and restaurants. It is a lovely area to walk around. Villa Delphi is very modern, clean and bright, the beds are very comfortable, we went in December so the a/c was not required. Bathrooms are well maintained. Loved the heated pool and the lanai area. The pool was cleaned 3 time and the villa 3 times in total, that was nice to see. We already have a booking with Ocean Club Holidays for later in the year.

To be improved

Bit picky, some soap in the bathrooms and maybe a welcome pack, milk, water would be nice.
