Car Parking advertised and on arrival not available. We lost two days of our holiday due to misleading false advertising. We had to contact booking and request an apartment change. Finally we were given a car park space in the apartment block. Facility that are not included such as parking should not be advertised if not available. We felt this was a serious violation of customers rights and now feel we will need to confirm all future bookings with booking as to facilities. In the Mijas area which is on a mountain and has very little public parking available. It's almost impossible to park a car anywhere near your chosen accomodation. Pool opening and closing dates not informed. We didn't know the pool area would not be available. Although it was not hot enough to bathe or swim it would have nice to be able to use the pool area, garden to sunbathe or relax.
