“Great family stay”
The best

The property was well equipped and very clean. The location was perfect as we could walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops on the complex. The communal pool was brilliant and so easy to access.

To be improved

Possibly need a bath mat and a chopping board. The check in process was what completely spoilt our stay. I booked for an extra night and this wasn’t communicated properly. Therefore when I showed up I had to wait not only 2 hours until 4 pm for my keys but also another hour as they weren’t in the safe. I also had to wait for the cot and high chair I had paid for. I tried to call your office many times and no one answers. Same with the WhatsApp number. It’s a very poor set up and it’s left me with little confidence with booking again despite visiting that complex every year. The lady that sorted it was very sorry and I really appreciate her help.
