The place was invested with ants everywhere on counters floors wardrobes that would stop me from staying which is a shame

The location was very central to the main strip. There was a balcony and good facilities The property was very clean. The property is very secure, alarm system and lock safe.

To be improved

The steps up to the property from the main strip, not suitable for anyone with limited mobility. The air conditioning is an extra charge, they have a meter at the property, €2 for 30 minutes even though it says that it is included in the facilities listed when booking.

The best

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa del Arbol and definitely would stay again. We loved the seaview! Puerto del Carmen is on a hillside so most accommodation will involve some steps unless you're literally on the seafront 😉.
