It was clean. Location was great, walking distance to mostly everything you might need. I enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. There were plates, cups, bowls, tissue, an electric kettle, & some pots & pans. Very cozy, comfortable place, with a great pool. The WiFi was good enough in the apartment, not so much in the room. The building has a small elevator.

To be improved

You have to wait for someone to let you in when you first arrive so if there’s no one around, you’ll just be waiting…and they might be hesitant to let you in the building. There were some ants

Location was superb. Walking distance to all shops, bars, eateries, waterpark, beaches . Beautiful view of the sea Cleaning staff in communal areas where friendly Pool is great size Plenty of exit and entry points to take you to either side of building Good communication with letting agent

To be improved

Having to wait for someone to open the main door on our arrival so we could access the door key which was outside the apartment ... Air con unit would have been useful and pleasant to have Sofa was not comfortable nor were the balcony chairs , an update of these would benefit the stay. Wouldn't like to have anymore than 2 people staying given the size of apartment.

“it's located close to the beach, Siampark & bus station, which is great. Good for couple not family.”

The communication with the host is great, mostly via whatsup. You can find basic equipment to cook, clean and wash clothes. The location of the appartment is great. You have access to the pool next to the building. Everything is clean.

To be improved

As we were the family of 4, there were 2 regular beds and the sofa, which is quite used and not really proper t sleep on. In the same room is quite old fridge that makes noise all the time. So it's hard to sleep there. So unless they change the sofa and the fridge, for the 2+ people it's not good.
