“Unclean Apartment and Unhelpful Staff. Give them a miss.”

Location was ok.

To be improved

The apartment wasn't clean. It was run down. The beds were hard. Linen wasn't fresh. Crockery and cutlery were dirty. Tenerife Rental and Sales Managing Director was unhelpful, abrupt, and money grabbing. Perhaps he was unhappy in his job?! We asked about towels for the pool area, Martin Knol the Managing Director who sits behind the desk told us to buy some then throw them away after using them. Surely not good for the environment! Shocking suggestion.
