3BD City Center Charming Flat Balcony & Parking

Unfortunately, our stay at this place was both disappointing and frightening. One morning, we discovered that the apartment's main door was clearly broken, as if it had been broken into, even though we had locked it securely the night before. This terrified us greatly, especially my children, who remained fearful throughout the day. We immediately contacted the host, and he promised to send a technician to fix the door, but no one came. Even worse, he stopped answering our calls, leaving us alone in a completely unsafe situation. We spent a sleepless night, living in constant anxiety, listening for any sound outside the door and fearing that someone might enter our room. We are not asking for financial compensation; our lives are not worth money. However, this experience was terrifying, and the host's lack of response and irresponsible behavior are completely unacceptable. In light of what happened, I can never recommend this place to anyone.

It was the worost experience i ever had. It looks that someone bought apartment and gave a full responisibility to take care to the local host company. Apartment was not checked for our stay. Of course we received full information how to get in ect. We came to the apartment into the evening and we discovered that we do not have a hot water. We localized some errors on Junkers display and inform host about that fact. Next morning we received some urgent questions about the errors to share with the host, needed to fast fix this issue. And we received information that someone will came to fix it. Super. We spent all day in the city center and into he evening we came back home. Nothing changed. I discovered that bottle with gas is empty and probably It is the reason why Junkers is not working. So we decided to forget about the hot shower (second day) and decided to watch TV. And what a surprise... There is no wire socket! We found extension cord on one of the room but if we wanted to use it, we cannot use a lamp or wifi router or heater! Absolutely unbelivable. So we did not have any choice. Time to sleep. And suddenly we heard that someone is knocking to the Doors. It was 10 P.M.! One guy without aby tools came to look what is going on. He looked at the Junkers, and after my sugestions that maybe empty bottle of gas is the reason, he took it told me that he need 20 minutes to bring new bottle, and he disappeared... Noone came. So.... If you have possibility to take any other apartment, please do not hesitate and take whatever else. It will be better than this nice placed and presented on pictures disaster. Seriously...
