The apartment is big enough for 6 people, very clean and all the appliances are new and work perfectly.

To be improved

The only problem is that in the small bedroom, next to the entrance door, there is a constant smell of sewage.

“A beautiful apartment with stunning views.”
The best

A beautiful apartment that exceeded most of our expectations. Spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner's photos are accurate - new, modern furnishings throughout. The apartment is located in a serene, quiet neighborhood, directly opposite the highest peak of Montaña de Guaza, which offers stunning views. One of the highlights was hiking to the peak and spotting the apartment complex from above. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and the complex itself is beautifully maintained. The meet-and-greet service by Annie was warm and welcoming, and she kindly provided a list of nearby amenities, which was very helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to return!

To be improved

One area for improvement would be the water pressure in the showers. Even when no other taps were running, the pressure was quite low, making it difficult for a quick shower. With our group of 6, it took around 3 hours for everyone to shower consecutively, and unfortunately, the two girls in our group couldn’t wash their hair during our stay due to this issue. We look forward to returning in the future, hopefully with the water pressure issue resolved!

It was well equipped, clean, beautiful inside and out on complex, comfortable, meet and greet was excellent, we loved it!

To be improved

Pillows were too firm. Water pressure wasn’t great in showers, the leaving keys in apartment when checking out meant we had to send members of family to open gates, stay by gates and then someone stay in apartment to wait for keys to be then brought back by one member so we could leave in apartment and actually get out of complex. Would not of worked if there was only two of us. Just a point to make.

The only minus that there is no actual direct sun light in the balcony whole day. Just some from about 8:00 to 8:30 maby (in the middle of May).
