The best

Very new or renovated building, the ac works so good, comfortable beds, very clean in general, surrounding by many stores and restaurants, bus stop close by

To be improved

Some chairs were missing screws and you can fall down, more toilet paper would be nice, according to the amount of people staying and the days, should be more pieces

“Best place to stay in Madrid”
The best

The location is very good at it's near to everything, there's a supermarket just around the corner where you can buy all things specially when your're cooking. The metro station is just few meters away and there's nearby Burger King, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Carrefour and Lidl. The fish market is just across the road.

Just some noise around the apartment as it is under renovation.

The best

Madrid was our last destination in our summer vacation and Madrid nailed it! The apartment was the cherry on top of our trip. Comfortable, spacious, cute, cozy, there is no specific word to describe it; we super enjoyed our stay there; kind of a second home. Highly recommended if you are planning to visit Madrid. Metro 2 is a block away and takes you to Sol without changing metro lines. Super strategic. Looking forward to come back sooner!

We didn’t interact with any person at all from the property. Probably that was the part I didn’t like, or a way to communicate more directly.
