The apartment is next to a semi-busy street. some of The kitchen utilities could be updated.

“nice clean apartment but a little dated, quite noisy with noise from the road. ideal location though”

the location was great, the apartment was ok, clean but needs updating big pool and great little bar

To be improved

very noisy, even with the doors closed you can hear everything from 5am when traffic starts. every time you put the washer on it trips the electrics and the fuse board is ‘hidden’ behind a picture! this is a residential block and the committee lady is a bit of a nuisance (not the apartment owners fault!) not enough sun loungers
