The location is great, right across from the beach. The town of San Jose is very nice

“It was slightly difficult to collect the key as it was in a lockbox and the code was sent with a video on how to get the key which was fine but was for me a little difficult to understand the code on video with me being English and the host speaking with Spanish accent. We did mange to sort this with a quick phone call to the host to ask them to clarify the code for the lock box. Perhaps for future also send code by text to avoid confusion. However, the room was very nice and clean with nice shower and also a very comfortable bed. We would use again if in this area. Thank you”

excellent location, beach front. many restaurants a few steps away. the street was not busy as it is restricted to owners.

the only window sits right on the sidewalk, hence passerbys can peek straight into your room when the blinds are open. street noise coming directly into this room. room #3.
