“Never again”
To be improved

Charged £200 on top of what booking final total was. Have receipt for proof. Noisy at night. Loud music from rooms , people getting in at 4/5am playing loud music and banging and shouting around. Awful experience

Nice hotel, about 15 minutes walk from main strip area / beach, big pool, plenty of sunbeds

To be improved

A lot of school tours (expected being so close to port adventura) so the pool area can get overcrowded and loud at times. The entertainment schedule is hit or miss. Food options are very repetitive (same thing every day)

The best

Lovely and helpful staff. Excellent variety of buffet food. Everything you could want in all-inclusive package for a great price. Plenty sun loungers by pool. Entertainment each night. Extremely clean and well run.

Pool allows a 40meter straight line swim. Breakfast decent - good start to day.
