To be improved

We arrived and immediately left the villa. There was dark, dusty and unpleasant. We couldn’t find understanding with host Alex, he said that everything is out of his responsibility. He cannot even call to taxi. We had to look for another hotel at night. There was a night on the street with kid, dog and many bags. 100% was prepaid before the arrival. 0% refunded. 5000 eur - cost of such experience.
