5 Bedroom Villa, Private Heated Pool, 100m to Sandy Beach, Miami Playa, Costa Dorada

Very nice and spacious villa in a quiet location

Location: The property is a 3mins walk to the beach, very convenient! It is located in a quiet street. There is a supermarket 5mins walk away. Also some restaurants within 10mins walk. A lovely little place called El Mano provided us with some entertaining drinks! It is a good 30-40mins walk to L'Hospital de L'Infant where it is more touristy/lively. Traders on the boardwalk, cafes and amazing restaurants by the sea. We ate in Limonero and Ginger which were excellent (recommend booking in advance). I think there is a bus service from Miami Platja to L'Hospital de L'Infant but in the time we were there I didn't see one bus! There is a taxi company called Taxi Gulin and they took us to the train station on the last day (ask for Ricardo). Property: The pool (which was cleaned regularly) was great but is overlooked from the back by apartments, which didn't really bother us but good to know as the photos don't show this. The patio and pool chairs need cushions, otherwise quite hard. An outdoor BBQ which was a nice alternative to a restaurant. Kitchen is well equipped. Dishwasher/washer/dryer all very useful. There was no spare linen for the beds so we washed the one set given during our stay. Beds not very comfortable and the pillow cases were more like cushion covers? Out of the 5 bedrooms, only 3 had Air Con and the other 2 had electric floor standing fans which in 33degrees heat is not ideal. 2 lovely bathrooms but the smaller one leaks water on the floor during a shower. Spacious villa and great for our group of 10. Felt safe and relaxed. Some advice from the host would be good regarding things to do in the area, taxi numbers, bus info etc.... Overall it was a lovely week at this villa and we enjoyed the relaxing vibe.
