The best

Lovely location for golf. Pool area looked great, but we went in Winter and therefore not used. However great log burner for cooler evenings.

The best

Nice outlook at the rear. Spacious. Well appointed. Good facilities. Clean. Confortable. 20 min from sea.

To be improved

Front had noise from a busy road so its terrace was less pleasant. In feb this was the one with the sun. Rear patio didnt get sun - in feb too cold to sit out, (may be grateful for shade in summer). The name HOYA1 fooled us as we couldnt find a sign saying it. (To help-Near the property there is a roundabout with a golf buggy on it and a turning to Mijas Golf course; between the property and this roundabout there is a hotel & rental place, turn immediately right and look for the number.
