After my departure, I was informed that the coffee machine wasn’t working, and as a result, part of our deposit was withheld. However, we never even touched the coffee machine, as none of us likes capsule coffee. This feels incredibly unfair. I will never book a flat in Barcelona again—only hotels, to avoid being deceived! After contacting the agency, they refused to give the money back. I can imagine that when you earn additional 50 Euro each time you rent a flat, that's a big amount yearly...

Roomy for the four of us, especially with the individual bedrooms. Great view. Sarah from Loca Barcelona was friendly and helpful.

To be improved

The bathroom stunk upon arrival and during the stay due to the plumbing. The bottom of the shower had mold all around. There was no blind/pull down shade over the bathroom window.
