Old furniture nothing clean water leeks from the upstairs shower through the celling and when we turn on the air conditioning water leaked onto the balcony and flooded the floors so couldn’t turn it on also very uncomfortable sleeps and power cuts half way through my stay”

The best

Good location, a bit far from beach but not more than 15 minutes walk. Very good to have two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, the upper room has opening window to living room which is good for getting the main air-condition's air to stream in. Nice wide balcony. Good equipped kitchen and rooms, very comfortable beds, spacious and bright living room. We've got all the check-in infos (key box code, main door code) via WhatsApp, so it was easy to get in. Several supermarkets nearby to buy all things necessary. A lot of bars and restaurants around.

To be improved

It would be good to have additional keys when travelling with friends, to get into the apartment separately when going different ways. We got only 2 toilet paper rolls, it would be nice to have more. In the kitchen there was only an old style coffe maker, would be good to have a capsule machine to make coffee easier. There was no water in the pool during our stay, there was some repair works on it and it was season end, anyway we didn't plan to spend time by the pool so it wasn't big problem. There's no reception or staff if having any problems, or to store luggages after check-out if plane departs later, but all these are not serious problems.

Spacious place, close to the shops and pubs, clean.

Been provided with 3 different contact numbers - person who contacted us regarding check in, person that should be out contact about any issues and the this person was changed to someone else. No hot or even warm water to be able to take comfortable shower and wash hair. When contacted the allocated person about this issue there was no reply whatsoever as this was just ignored. This is unacceptable. Had to chase property to get my deposit refunded. Well overpriced for the issues we had. Wouldn’t recommend.

Apartment was very comfortable with all amenities, close to bars and restaurants. Good size rooms with air con and pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Would highly recommend.
