“Good location but not quite like the pictures”

The location was really nice, right next to the beach and close to restaurants and little grocery stores. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the rooftop deck was lovely. It was very handy to have a washing machine, and it worked well!

To be improved

Many things need updating and replacing, the walls could use a good cleaning/coat of paint as well. It would have been nice to have drawers in the kitchen, instead of cabinets. It would have been good to have sun chairs as well.

“Beach Apartment - very good location but nothing fancy”

The best

The location is excellent (3-5 Minutes to the Beach, there are supermarkets close). The famous pink lagoon is also close by (10 Minutes by car). The apartment and installations are okay but they need some maintenance (specially the showers). It's nice to have air conditioning and the balcony provides a pleasant view of the sea. I enjoyed the swimming pool.

To be improved

The communication with the real estate could be improved. They even requested on the "check in" form the verification number of the national ID but the apartment details (full address, parking spot, access code) were provided by WhatsApp on the same morning of my arrival. They left the keys on a security box since I arrived late (that was nice of them). Regarding the check out (devolution of keys) I had to call the office because they didn't reply to my Texts. The furniture (specifically the mattress) and kitchenware are acceptable but it could use some improvements to match the price. Also the toilet wasn't completely clean when I arrived.

“Fantastic Relaxing Holiday”

The best

Lovely spacious very modern apartment, great balcony with sun most of the day, lovely pool areas - though some loungers would have been nice (some in the apartment though that I could have taken down) great roof top solarium and barbeque area. Apartment was spacious bright and well equipped, beds were comfortable and overall all a great base for a great holiday. Some minor items like mould in the on suite shower and one kitchen cupboard door needing maintenance but that was just being picky.
