I was a bit disappointed to be charged for a late arrival. I can understand if someone was meeting me. But to still be getting a key from a box and paying €40 for the pleasure seems money grabbing.

“Great stay in 5b Jardines Canarios”

The best

We stayed in 5b Jardines Canarios 9th-23 May. It was a wonderful stay the apartment was spotlessly clean with great facilities. If any does have slight mobility issues you can use the back door if the lift foyer. This way is completely ramped with access to the street rather than using the front which has several steps. The lift access up to the property was great and could just about accommodate a manual wheelchair and another person. I would definitely recommend this property which is in a prim location to all local amenities and restaurants.

To be improved

Only a few minor details the back entrance route wasn't explained to us .we found this out from a very kind resident after two days. The apartment does not have international TV channels which would have helped and some nights it would have been lovely to stay in with a takeaway. This really wasn't a problem but would have been a nice extra for English clients. Also the area to take and dispose of your daily rubbish was not explained. Again we found this out from a friendly resident.Having no safety deposit box in the apartment worried me so had to keep money and jewellery on me at all times.We have booked another apartment in the same complex for our next stay but which is run by another company which has these extras. If sun properties could iron out these few minor issues it could be, for us, the perfect apartment and we would be happy to rebook again in future . Best regards David and Barbara
