7 Islas Hotel

Charming, feels like in Paris, and with the laid-back Spanish vibe (sorry for comparing / generalising 😇) Everything perfect, location, room, breakfast, staff, thank you for the warm welcome.

We were at this hotel for 4 nights(1+3).It is our second staying at this hotel but this time our experience was different and left us with the desiccion not to come again or recommand it to others. we ordered the standard room but did not expect to get such a small and basic one. The second room (601) wos even worst. The bed was not for two because of the small size an the tv was not in front of it as normal but on the left side. You get a small kettle with only tea bags.no coffee bags. We complained to the reception desk about room no 601 but next day none bother to change it or even ask about our feelings and apologize in someway. Nowadays a hotel which boast of 4 stars has to have standard rooms not ones as an hostel has Its locotion us very good but there are better hotels in the area

I arrived at 7islas Hotel on a rainy afternoon and instantly felt comfortable at home. As a textile artist I loved the current exhibition in the lobby and throughout the hotel public areas (including the fitness room). In addition to the sophisticated design and decor and calm atmosphere, the thing that stood out to me was the amazing staff. Everyone from front of house to the exceptional housekeeping staff were calm, professional, warm, and gracious. The hotel is spotless and beautiful from top to bottom, and I hope to return many times in the future,

Everyone was perfect. Receptions staff was super productive and helpfull.Supermarket cross the road. So happy to have chosen this hotel . All the hotel staff very good. We will be back for snd sure.Very proud!

We savored every single moment at 7 islas hotel in Madrid. We stayed in one the great and spacious áticos rooms which have big beautiful terraces. The amenities Malin and Goetz are also carefully chosen and the urban vintage style of the room design makes it a perfect place to relax after long day walking around. Good Breakfast and nice gym with top Technogym machines. We will definitely come back!!!

I agree with another reviewer about the standard for a 4 star hotel: this one misses that standard in my opinion. The front doors aren't automatic which is inconvenient when you have luggage (going in or out) or strength/mobility issues; staff is officious and unfriendly, except for maybe one female; there are no perks for staying such as a welcome drink; towels are thin and robes are on the threadbare side; decor is too industrial and it isn't charming. Great location and easy walk to 3 metro stops and cool neighborhoods; and across the street from a very well stocked convenience store (fresh morning croissants, wine, cava, chocolate, etc). Very clean facility and rooms. Request a quiet room which will have a view of the light well but will be quiet. The price point was high for a less than 4 star hotel.
