733 Wonderful Studio in LasAmericas! Wi-Fi free!

Would highly recommend that everyone stay away from this property not safe location for couple with family I booked for one week over the Christmas period I had the first 2 days me and my pregnant wife cleaning as there was stains on the towels the mattress and bedsheets not to mention the condition of the bathroom with pubic hair everywhere and there is no one there was no one to contact to help. Will tell you to call someone else and then tries to keep your deposit so be aware book else where

We landed in Tenerife, tried phoning our contact who was supposed to be meeting us to let us in our apartment, she never answered. We got a taxi to Las Americas the taxi driver had never heard of apartment's Wonderful Studio, so we had to find them ourselves. After more than an hour of looking we found the apartment's were called El Dorado,not Wonderful Studio, no mention of this on any correspondence. The receptionist got in touch with the cleaner, and he told us how to get in.once we were in we found the enclosed balcony windows were broken and only one would open, the sliding toilet door was broken so you couldn't close the door at all, it was always fully open, and when I had a shower the shower head fell off.

Balcony isn’t actually a balcony just a window that opens fully :) bed wasn’t comfortable caused shoulder discomfort

All of the windows in the apartment are broken and stuck in the open position. The area is noisy in the evening. Due to the windows being broken, you can hear all the noise from outside on the street and in the bars, plus all the internal noise along the corridors when people arrive home between 2am - 6am in the morning. No compensation offered for broken windows causing no sleep. The apartment has no WiFi as advertised. No compensation offered for having no WiFi.

The free wi-fi went off 2 days into our stay, tried to contact host twice but no answer.
