The best

Great location. Great size for family of 5. Near beach, large park with playground, dolphin park (aquarium) and restaurants. Grounds were immaculately kept.

To be improved

Pool only opens at 11am which when kids are up at 7 is a long wait. Also closes from 3-4. Linen and towels included but not refreshed during 2 week stay and no cleaners during the stay.

The best

Beautiful apartment, very spacious, on second floor but there is a lift, lovely terrace overlooking the pool and gardens, 797 rental staff were a pleasure to deal with and on hand to answer any queries.

To be improved

Unfortunately the outdoor pool doesn't open till 15th June , which we didn't know at time of booking. There is an indoor pool, but obviously would have preferred an outdoor onel.

To be improved

Due to an early flight we arrived at the apartment at 1pm and had to wait around 3 hours until someone from 797 greeted us with the keys. Prior to our flight I made a request to 797 if there was anywhere to leave our luggage (5 pieces) but did not get a response from them. We were therefore waiting for 3 hours without any facilities etc. until 4pm. There needs to be somewhere to leave luggage etc until you get access to the apartment, or make access 1pm not 4pm
