7Lizards - Ocean View Apartments

It took a while to get instructions on what would happen to check in, but eventually I was told it would be a key code. In the end I was met by 4 people as there was a problem with the toilet. It was fixed straight away but I wondered why it wasn't done before I arrived. The girl who is the contact Katy is lovely but seems to live quite far from the complex and seemed a little inexperienced. Everything I requested was sorted within a day. It would help to have instructions for the cooker, coffee machine and shower. The balcony is also one of the smaller ones but was still an adequate size. Even with the lift there are quite a few stairs so not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Steep incline to the main thoroughfare. The view comes at the expense of no morning sun into apartment.

There was no vacuum cleaner which in fact is a huge problem when you live in such area for more than a couple of days. Apartments become really dirty quite quick because of a lot of sand from the windows and the clothes after staying on beach. Besides, the construction of the shower cabine leads to water being spilled out and gets mixed with the mentioned sand and dust and its really hard to clean it. Moreover, the washing machine was leaking water while working, so we also had to tuck it underneath with towels otherwise water gets spilled right to the kitchen... If vacuum cleaner was there, it could be much easier to remove all the dust and sand and the spilling water wouldn't be such a problem, but all together makes it really messy, dirty in a short amount of time and you have to spend lots of time every day cleaning the room instead of just enjoing your stay. Another thing is that our A/C was broken and we had to wait several days until it was repaired.

Not a problem for us. The apartment is up a steep hill just to warn others.
