Fantastic hotel just let down by inadequately trained staff.

To be improved

Too many mistakes made across the board. Poor response times. The GM never showed for a meeting and never apologised just said sometimes there are mistakes.

The pool area and the setting of the hotel is insane. Spectacular The gym and gym facilities excellent too

To be improved

The rooms are the strangest configuration. A tiny bedroom with a bed squashed in, a minute bathroom, which felt like an aeroplane bathroom. Just bizarre. With no view. But a great view from the very big lounge area. Just not sure what the thinking was behind this
