“Nice location, but needs work”
The best

Location. Fiber internet was great.

To be improved

It needs maintenance...and not just quick fixes One bathroom didn't work The other bathroom had no shower door bottom seal, so the floor was a puddle The trim fell off the inside front door. And the outside was about to fall off None of the inside door locks work

“Great apartment in the centre of Seville!”
The best

Great location, center of old town Seville, waking distance to everything, literally! Great size of the apartment for us, 3 people. 2 bathrooms is a plus! Amazing master bedroom. Clean and well maintained Great support staff.

To be improved

Humm being picky, I'd say that the small secondary bedroom had no outer window. Same for the second bathroom. But I understand that the flat is in a traditional building where having a second bathroom is not the norm, so we are very satisfied with all.
