“The restaurant, La Reina, right at the entrance had fantastic food and very sweet people. Also back so good air conditioning · Cons: There is no front desk person, you have to use your cell phone and a link to open the front door. Every single time, you have to use a tiny elevator just to get to the entrance of the hotel. After going inside the main building. The rooms are tiny, the bathrooms are laughably tiny. It is an okay location to get to the atocha train station, but A poor location for exploring downtown Madrid.”

“Overall, the location is great, but the room was musty”
The best

The location is excellent, and the bed was very comfortable.

To be improved

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation. I stayed in a carpeted, non-superior room with windows facing an inner courtyard, where all the neighbouring air conditioners were running constantly. The room had a strong musty smell, and even with the window open, I couldn’t sleep due to the damp air and the constant noise. I only spent minimal time in the room, yet I still woke up with a congested and runny nose. Perhaps the superior rooms with laminated flooring are better, but based on my experience, I would not stay here again.
