Pool area closed indefinitely and not told about it

only one toilet and one room was too small, no hanging or drawers available for clothes but had two single beds

The pool was not open for use and this was not communicated to us during the booking process or else we may have looked elsewhere.

I was accused a few times by a resident of being there illegally that the property was not registered for renting and the complex didn't allow rentals.

The flat was a little bit falling apart. The kitchen drawers were crooked and some of them difficuld to get into. The bedroom drawer was broken. The toaster was unable to use as it blew a fuse and switch off electricity in whole appartment when trying to use it. The hook for the sun shade on the balcony was broken, so it was impossible to fix the thing and with wind we were afraid it will break the kitchen window, so we did not use it. In the bedroom where our daughter slept there was a light switch in the level ov the sleeping body just next to the bed, so our daughter switched on by accident the lights in the middle of the night. So we had to turn off the circuit breaker for the night to avoid this happening again. Door frames in the bathrom totally broken from some water soaking - but that was only a cosmetic thing. The plastic table on the terrace was fixed with some putty, so everytime we touchet it we were white. The cleaniness could also be better, there were some nasty glasses and cups and the floor was not clean (we found a bucket with a little bit of really brown water outside with the mop). The equipment was really sad. There were: towels, dish soap and a sponge. Nothing to clean the kitchen or tables with, nothing to dry the dishes (at least there was enough towels so we used one of those for that purpose). In the bathroom there was no toilet brush (this is really crazy from my point of view) and there was completely empty glass bottle for soap. We bought the soap but not the brush. I suppose all those things are not difficult / expensive to fix and the renting company just does not care, but those details when summed up bother a lot. The appartment complex was quite fine according the tranquility in the night (only few people chatting on balconies, not into deep night), but as the windows are really close to the entrance gate, you need to close the doors at 6 AM if you want to sleep, because the metal gate is banging a lot!

The terrace is enormous,has a spectacular view but.. would be nice to put some flowers or plants.. i am sure that the guests would be glad to put some water..👍
