“A well managed hilltop spacious apartment.”

The apartment is spacious and clean with a decent view from a large balcony, you can watch TV on a large screen from comfortable living room furniture or from a barstool over by the open plan kitchen if you wish. A large walk in shower can be found in a good sized bathroom which offered a hand held spray next to the toilet which I thought unusual but much better than a toilet brush! Sara our point of contact for the apartment offered a comprehensive guide for finding the property and instructions for property access, and also helped with a taxi number for our airport transfer, she was also on the end of a phone if needed. We appreciated the bottle of wine left in the fridge on our arrival and also the slightly later checkout. If you like to keep fit the steep hill leading to the apartment will do the trick but not so good if not. Accessibility could be an issue for some as no elevators or access for mobility scooters etc is not provided due to the old style of the buildings, charging batteries would be an issue so worth bearing in mind. There are also plenty of steps to deal with. If you look past these issues there are plenty of restaurants and bars within 5 minutes or so and the seafront a further 10 minutes away. We booked a 2 hour dolphin and whale watching trip which delivered in spades so would recommend.

To be improved

As I am used to cotton sheets I wouldn't rush back for the very outdated nylon duvet and pillow cases which were grim and surely suitable for this climate.
