Very well situated being close to many restaurants and local transport to both the city centre and the beach. Very good breakfast and very helpful staff particularly by Fransesca with our incident with the stolen phone.

Great location. Room was clean

To be improved

Checking in required a lot of text and phone calls just to get into the building. A bit troublesome. It was good that we had cell service at the time. The breakfast that was included wasn't great, but there was coffee and juice. Also, our host told us a parking garage was nearby for our car and it would be 14 euro a day, but in fact it was 35 euro a day. Then it turns out, there was free street parking almost everywhere (not just Sundays) which we found out from someone else. It would have been good to know that before we spent the money on the garage for the first day.

The best

Francesca has very nicely organized this B&B pension. From getting into accommodation, tips for good restaurants, what to see and whether you need a beach umbrella. It is in an excellent location, a step away from the historic center, the city of arts and sciences, which is a 10-minute walk away the Russafa district, which is a step away, and a direct bus line to the beach. Breakfast is basic but quite correct with always freshly squeezed orange juice. For recommendation👍
