“Excellent place to stay on the first night walking the Camino from Sarria!”
The best

Our stay at A Fontana de Luxo Apartamentos was absolutely wonderful. The view was stunning and I really enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the river and the city of Portomarin. It was nice being so close to Portomarin and yet having a more quiet and peaceful place to rest before continuing on our Camino pilgrimage. The breakfast was very much appreciated to get in a nice, quick meal before setting out.

“Very recommended if you do El Camino de Santiago”
The best

The apartment was great. Very clean, spacious and the garden was lovely to sunbathe. Views were beautiful. They left us a box with breakfast which was a super nice surprise.

To be improved

Although it was a bit of a walk to the town, it was worth it.

“Great stop for the Camino”
The best

We ended up booking both apts (A n B). We liked apt B (at the back, better than A at the front). Check in was smooth sailing. The code and pict provided was very clear.

To be improved

The sofa bed in apt A. We ended up not using it and stayed in apt B.

breakfast that was brought over

it was outside downtown Portomarin; a 12 min walk to everything. after doing a Camino from Sarria, this was just not convenient.
