“Beautiful and very well located, but absolutely impossible in the summer!”
The best

The apartment is excellent — brand new and very beautiful! And great location!!!

To be improved

However, it doesn't have air conditioning, only a weak fan. The apartment faces a very busy street that's noisy throughout the weekend nights, and there's a streetlight right at window level. It's impossible to keep the windows open because of the noise and the light, but it's even more impossible to keep everything closed due to the intense Spanish summer heat. You just can’t sleep!
