“Great apartment in small complex with lovely pool.”
The best

Comfortable apartment. Great size. Well equipped with all the basics. (Don't expect frills. No condiments, dishwasher tablets tea towels, washing up brush, shower gel. etc) Lovely small complex in perfect location. Only 9 apartments and some privately owned some for tourists. Easy access to seafront and great base for exploring Lanzerote. Definately need a car. A couple if decent local restaurants, bars, and small supermarket in Charco but for a longer stay there more interesting places to eat a bit further afield. Would happily return as we had a fabulous relaxing sta

The best

The property is quite spacious and well laid out, we loved the large conservatory with dining area. The gardens and pool are well laid out. Fairly well equipped, bed was excellent, with great pillows!

To be improved

When we arrived the pool was out of order, can’t be helped we suppose. The pool was reopened and it was cool but with the heat it was very pleasent,. Hope it’s warmer later or earlier in the year! The worst thing and it really let the place down was the lounge sofas, they were appalling and little excuse as there was a fair few reviews that highlighted them THEY WERE DANGEROUS! The score for this villa would have been high but for the Sofas. We sent photos and have been assured that these will be changed. Let’s hope so!

It’s well located with all day sunshine. Sandra took care of our every need. She always reacted quickly to our messages. The main bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped.

To be improved

The leather sofa is rather saggy so getting up and down can be a challenge!

Sofas need replacing, like sitting in a bucket. Very shaded patio until we had palm trees trimmed to let some sun through.
