“Disappointing apartment in a nice location.”

The location was enjoyable and close to the metro. The apartment is spacious and had a fantastic patio to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. AC was reliable and bathrooms were recently updated.

To be improved

We made a booking for 6 nights. When we arrived we noted that the dining table was missing, we presumed broken. We enquired and were told there would be another coming soon. No table arrived during our stay. The apartment is quite old fashioned with many awkward doors. The beds were all singles pushed together if a double was needed. Pillows are very flat and uncomfortable and each bed had only one. The kitchen was under stocked without enough plates and glasses for the six people that the apartment is allocated for. Overall, we were quite disappointed with this apartment. Especially in regard to the dining table.

“Superb”

The location is perfect, very close to the shops in the city center and the Diagonal metro station. The app is required to enter the apartment and it was easy to use. Communication with the owner was good before arrival, during our stay and even after we left the apartment. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The terraces were perfect and we had breakfast on the terrace every day. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The bathrooms were large, with two sinks and a shower. The apartment was spotlessly clean and there were plenty of towels. We stayed in the apartment with a disabled friend. It was a bit difficult to get to the apartment but we were still very happy with the apartment. I wish the entrance to the building was accessible to the disabled.
