We're charged with the deposit by AB Villa, but during our stay no vacuum available to clean the floor and no one from the hotel came check out how we have tried to maintain the cleanness by ourselves for 7 days. Then what's the purpose for the high deposit??

The best

Overall good location and I had to walk a little further than wanted to and the cost was a bit high, but overall nice place and accommodated the needs for five in a family each having a bed. City construction outside the window so that was a bit loud, but overall enjoyed it and the staff was very helpful with the loss of my bag and the delivery of it and then picking up of it and allowing us to store our bags there.

To be improved

Definitely had a mechanical issue with the washing machine, not opening up and full email functioning to where we had to call in maintenance staff to get our clothes which were delayed from getting dried causing our departure with wet clothes not wonderful. Hopefully this will get corrected so other people aren’t affected by it.
