Reception ladues a bit unwelcoming, one gentleman very friendly, great pool, fair accommodation, good price, good restaurant once you received service

To be improved

Like most Spanish establishments, understaffed and poor restaurant service. No-one comes near you. Can sit with an empty glass all night before a waiter puts 2 and 2 together

Food serving time was limited , we arriving mid afternoon but food had finished in the cafeteria and wasn’t available until 8pm

“This is a perfect hotel for a stop over . It is located a little far out of the city but perfect for relaxing. It has beautiful views over the old city. Special mention to Carmen at reception who was very helpful and gave us a lovely room with a view! · Cons: Nothing!”

“The bedroom was big and the bed... I couldn't find my wife in the middle of the night, that's how big the bed was. The bedroom was clean. There was a minifridge. Our room didn't have the view, but the hotel had an amazing view over the city of Toledo. · Cons: The building is a little old and it shows. The AC is really noisy, as is the ventilation on the bathroom. Even though they left a cot for our baby, apparently they don't think babies take baths because they didn't leave him a towel. I wish the breakfast was buffet, I don't really like à la carte breakfasts.”
