“A month was still not long enough...”

A lovely modern apartment and complex. Two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds .Air-con in both bedrooms and in the living/kitchen area. The kitchen has ample utensils, a hob, oven, big fridge/freezer, and microwave. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses etc. Huge 75" TV and big L shaped couch. A small balcony that seats two people. Lovely hot showers, there are two of them, one in the bathroom and the other on the ensuite to the double bedroom. Plenty of towels. We were there for a month and washed and dried our own clothes in the apartment. The pool area is immaculate and is stunning to lie out and the pool is very clean and an excellent size. The apartment comes with a secure car parking spot should you require. You can see the sea in the background. Abades is a lovely little town that gets more lively on the weekends with Campervans swarming in. The beach is a short walk away and you can venture along the coast for some fantastic views. There is an old leper colony there that never got used but the buildings are there and makes for a nice eerie walk.

To be improved

That we had to leave 😅 This place deserves it's 10, I would only be nit-picking otherwise. There was no tray for the oven, found the handle but nothing to attach to. We worked around it quite easily. We only got one key for the complex and apartment so a bit of coordination was required for coming and going between the two of us.
