“A special stay despite minor issues. Recommended, especially if you can book one of the suites.”

The best

The surroundings are great, the gardens and terrace around the place. Very cozy and intimate. rest areas within the facilities. Service personnel was kind. There was an issue with a water leak coming from the air conditioner in our room when we arrived and they moved us to a better room at no extra charge, which we were grateful for. This was one of the suites, which was really a much better room which we hadn't noticed was available, or we would have booked it. We recommend getting one of those rooms if within reach.

To be improved

They have an issue with temperatures in the summer. Air conditioner is not very powerful, and the upper floors are very exposed to the sun, in an area where 30+ ºC is common in the summer during the day, and 40+ is not unheard of. If you're easily put-off by rooms with high temperatures at night excise caution. Also, personnel is only available in the morning hours. If you need anything in the afternoon or evening you need to contact another location via phone. They did resolve our issue that way, tho.
