We were really disappointed we didn't pack our tennis and padel racquets, it would have been great to be able to hire some from reception or nearby facility. The upstairs bedrooms did get a little hot and stuffy even with the windows open, perhaps a little fan would be good for when there isn't any breeze.

On the booking site it is indicated that parties are forbidden and silence is obligatory after 23.00 hrs What’s happening every night? Parties till 2-3 am. It’s impossible to sleep. Broken nights because Spanish young people are partying, drunken speaking loudly screaming singing and loud music etc. We had to go every night to the night porter. That’s was a nice girl but she could do nothing really. What strikes me the most was that the lady at the front desk said on our departure that we should keep in mind that it is party season and that we should have call in the police. But that’s no service at all. It’s only about money.

We had to pick up our keys at the hotel. They gave us the wrong keys and staff were rude. Didn’t want to take responsibility for it and I had to watch and make sure she changed the number on the key. Blamed maintenance for it.

We had to get key and carry our luggage from Hotel to the Apartment. Be aware of this if you are using Luggage transfer company. Food in hotel and local restaurant not available until after 8 pm but we accept that this is time Spanish people have dinner

Cheap furniture. No kettle, tea and coffee. Shower didn’t drain.
