“A Disappointing Stay After Two Great Visits”
The best

This was my third time staying at the Abba Huesca Hotel, and until now, my experiences were always good. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. On both Friday and Saturday night there were loud parties directly under my window that went on until 2–3 AM, making it impossible to sleep. Even though I complained to the staff, nothing was done to reduce the noise or offer any solution. No compensation was offered either, which was very frustrating and unprofessional. For a hotel that I used to enjoy and return to, this was a big letdown. I would not stay here again unless they seriously improve how they handle guest complaints and nighttime noise.

This is a modern 4* hotel, with everything you would expect. We liked the location, turn in front of the hotel, you will find plenty of free parking at the rear - see photo

We stayed for a week, on our first visit to the cafe my meal was cold, my wife ate half of hers because she thought the chicken wasn’t cooked. I told the waitress in Spanish neither of us were happy and why, she apologized and asked us if we wanted dessert and coffee! Err no! Wanting to give the hotel a 2nd chance we tried to book the main restaurant, it was booked for 2 days for non hotel guests! We never tried to eat there again! The only time the cooked breakfast was warm was when I caught it out of the kitchen, it was stone cold on nearly every occasion I had it cause the heat lamp is way too high! The pool was cleaned only once during our stay it was cloudy and dirty so didn’t use it. Our last day around the pool was spoilt by another noisy event held for non hotel guests.
