Its my favourite hotel in Barcelona. I should be keeping that to myself really. Very well located for everyting.

“Cons: The breakfast was exactly the same every day with no change or variety, which became quite monotonous. However, the most alarming incident occurred on our last night: at around 11:30 PM, five boys attempted to forcibly enter our room by kicking the door. We had to call the police, who thankfully arrived and caught the individuals involved. Shockingly, there was no hotel security present at the time to handle the situation. This raised serious concerns about the safety and management of the property.”

“Hotel cancelled booking to resell at higher rate”

The best

Cancelled my booking - no response from hotel and room readvertised at a higher rate. We booked more than a month in advance to secure a good price, around £111. 3 weeks before we are due to go I get a message to say the booking is cancelled. No explanation. Is the hotel closed for refurbishment perhaps? No the dates are still being advertised but now the nearest alternative is £182. No replay from the hotel so I would book elsewhere as it would be difficult to trust they wouldn’t cancel last minute to get more money and you will be left without a hotel and needing to pay extra for an alternative.

Just passing through Barcelona. Great place for overnight stop. Room, location and staff were very good. Short taxi to rail station which was what we needed.
