“Probably the best all round family hotel we have stayed in - would 100% recommend it.”

The room size was amazing, with a view to match. The swimming pools were great, the kids loved the slides. The food was varied, hot, tasty, and we loved it.

To be improved

The distance from reception to the Master Suite rooms is 500m, it probably needs to state that in the hotel info because anyone with walking issues would struggle. The evening entertainment was ok, but would benefit from more acts brought in from outside rather than relying too heavily on the (very hard working, lovely) entertainment staff,

fantastic holiday, they are constantly cleaning to ensure the beauty and quality of the hotel, pharmacy on site was super useful and unexpected.

To be improved

a little far to walk to other restaurants and shops with young children.

Hotel is great value for money - food and drinks available at all times - Pools were amazing for the kids - Lots of seating area around the pool and big grass area for those who dont want to get wet. great activities for the kids. the staff were very kind and friendly

To be improved

The food could have been better - but its totally understandable when its buffet and have to cater for so many - overall it was good

The best

The hotel overall was very good, clean, lovely grounds and pools, good selection of food. The entertainment could be better, and indoor entertainment for teenagers at night would be good, when the evenings are colder... My teenagers used the gamezone and played pool, both of which cost money. But overall we would definitely stay again!

To be improved

Needs more entertainment, also an indoor option / free games room.
