“A really awful experience...”

First of all the room was tiny. The bed was broken so as the bathroom door which, by the way, doesn't have doorknob. Also the smell of mold was everywhere. But there these reasons weren't our main problem. They don't give you actual keys for the building and the apartment, you use an app to get in so one night the app didn't work and we stays for an hour and a half outside the building. During this period we tried to contact with the owners but nobody answered. At the end a resident of the building came and save us by opening the door become we were about to rent another room...The next day the owners of the apartment not only they didn't respond to any of the messages I had sent the previous night but also they send us instructions about haw to proceed to check out..... after they tried to minimize our experience by asking questions which have the intention to prove that isn't the app that didn't work but us who didn't use it properly. Last but not least when we asked for a refund they gave us 6 euros... I think is the worst experience I have ever had from vacation. If you can stay somewhere else, do it. Otherwise it is really possible that you want be able to get in your room...

Very ‘old Spain’ decor and interior. The mattress was soooo comfortable we had a brilliant sleep. TV included in the room (although everything was in Spanish hahaha). Really good location, pretty central to everything
