The best

Excellent location of the hotel opposite the main bus station of Alicante. The entire staff is friendly, quick check in. The staff in the restaurant are friendly, the breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, clean. Kettle, tea, coffee, bottle of water and welcome chocolate in the room. Everything necessary in the toilet. A hotel for every recommendation.

“Little details disappointing”
The best

The hotel was all you would expect from a Marriott in the main facilities. Breakfast was excellent and location perfect. However the little details badly let it down. Stayed 3 nights while competing in a local event. The bed linen was torn in places and threadbare The towels were very thin, threadbare and grey, We had asked to book an extra night - hotel had confirmed at a cost of €30 yet when in reception lady - despite putting the messages in front of her insisted it was for an extra BED and wanted to charge us €165…so we booked a hotel at the airport for less than half the price

“Great stay!”
The best

We loved our one night stay at the AC. The location even though is not on the old town, it is close to the train station which is very convenient for trips. The walk to the main area is about 20 minutes, but very nice. There is a Mercadona supermarket very close so that is also a plus. The staff was very professional and service oriented. I was celebrating my birthday and they send us a cake, chocolates, and waters with a nice note. The breakfast was good too. We didn’t get to use the pool, spa, etc., but it looked nice. If we come back to Alicante, as Titanium members, we will definitely consider staying here again.

“Enjoyable!”
The best

Although on the outer fringe of the old town area (yet a beautiful walk), it’s a very comfortable hotel, especially the bed. The food was very delicious what I had and the service very good throughout. I especially enjoyed talking with one of bartenders about Alicante. I would definitely stay here again.
